Do you provide Free Shipping and Installations for Singapore local customers?
Yes we do, as simple as that. All the local Singapore sales are installation free and if you prefer the fun of DIY, we can also send the goodies to you via the SingPost. The postage and packaging are covered.
Why do I want to place an online order if I can just visit your workshop?
Although we do keep a good stock level, but all goodies are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. To avoid disappointment, place your order and we will have your orders prioritized

What are the delivery charges for international orders?
We use Express Mail Service (EMS) for all of our international orders (including Malaysia).  The delivery charges are directly reflected from them. You will be able to preview the shipping charges when you are checking out from the shopping cart. How long will delivery take?
Your order is priority to us, the order would normally be processed and get sent out within 24 hours. All orders will be shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) accordingly. Tracking code will be provided. Depended on your location, shipment would generally arriving between 1 to 4 working days. Which payment methods are accepted in the bike48.com?
We accept payment by direct account deposit, PayPal and credit card (VISA / MasterCard/ American Express) through PayPal payment methods. Credit card’s payment are processed by secure PayPal service.

We do keep good level of stocks with our products. If you are so happen to run into the "out of stock" situation, you order will be placed into the Back Orders queue. We generally would restock our inventory every week, you order will generally be shipped out right after the restock.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once the order had been placed, we will first be going over the order details to see if anything that needed to be further clarified. If needed, we will be in contact with you via either email or SMS. There are 3 ways: Place the order and come to visit us at our workshop for the installations – It’s always best to let us know about your needs before visiting our workshop for installations. That way we will be able to prepare all the necessary goodies and firm up with a time slot with you. We like to fix and tune up the bike for you on the spot. However, if it is too time consuming, we would advise you to leave the bike with us and pick up the furnished bike later on. Come to visit our workshop and pick your stuff – If you would like to handpick the goodies after viewing them in person. You are best to visit our workshop in Simei. Purchase online and we ship the stuff to you – You buy we ship, as simple as that. All the DIYers love it.
